Why I’ve Rebranded as Dave Ashworth
9 Years, 200 Clients, and One Slightly Annoying 4-Star Review
When I first went freelance nine years ago, I launched as Organic Digital.
At the time, I didn’t feel quite ready to put my own name out there. I had a strong track record from my agency days, but there’s something about going it alone that makes you second-guess yourself. So I created a brand name – partly because I thought it sounded good (and it did), and partly because it felt more comfortable to say “we” rather than “I”.
But there’s never been a “we”. It’s always been me.
Fast forward to now:
- 9 years in
- Over 250 clients served
- More than 1,000 invoices issued
- 86 five-star reviews (and just one four-star, which is still annoying)
I’ve helped businesses of all sizes improve their websites, fix their tracking, and get their SEO in shape. I’ve run audits, overseen migrations, solved performance issues, and supported in-house teams across every kind of setup. And throughout it all, the clients I work with aren’t buying a brand – they’re buying me.
So, it’s time the brand reflected that.
From Organic Digital to Dave Ashworth
Nothing’s changed in terms of what I do:
- The same skills.
- The same services.
- The same flexible support.
But I want to be clearer about who you’re getting when you visit my site or get in touch. If you’re looking for help with SEO, tracking, analytics, or website performance – it’s me you’ll be working with. No smoke, no mirrors, no staff turnover, no team of juniors.
Just expert help, when you need it.
So, hello — I’m Dave Ashworth. It’s nice to (re)meet you.
And if you need a hand with your site, even better.
